Here are some frequently asked questions about our practice:

  • Psychotherapy, also known as talk therapy, is a way to help people with a variety of mental health issues. It involves talking with a trained therapist to explore thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and work towards positive change.

  • Our Fee Structure:

    Individual Therapy: $185.00 per 50-minute session.

    Couple Therapy: $200.00 per 50-minute session.

    Family Therapy: $250.00 per 90-minute session.

    Letters, Reports: $185 each.

  • Yes, we are registered with many insurance companies. However, we do not do direct billing. We provide you with a receipt at the end of each session that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

  • The length of therapy depends on the individual and their specific needs. We offer both short-term and long-term therapy, and work with clients to determine the best approach.

  • We typically recommend weekly sessions, but the frequency can vary based on the individual's needs.

  • Yes, everything discussed in therapy is confidential, with a few exceptions. We will discuss these exceptions during our first session.

  • During the first session, we will discuss your reasons for seeking therapy and your goals for therapy. We will also go over our policies and answer any questions you may have.

  • You can contact us by phone or email to schedule an appointment. We will get back to you as soon as possible to set up a time that works for you.

  • Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. We require 24 hours notice for cancellations or changes to avoid being charged for the session.
