Retention of Records
In compliance with CRPO guidelines, we retain client records for 10 years after the last appointment (or 10 years after a client turns 18 for minors). After this period, records are securely destroyed.
Data for Children
Our services are not designed for children under the age of 16 without parental or guardian consent. If we inadvertently collect information for a minor without proper consent, we will delete it immediately upon discovery.
